Phase 2 Week 4 Day 5 Strict Schmict

I had a bowl of museli for breakfast, since I’m out of oatmeal and have no qing cai or chicken cooked.  Not on the program, especially with the dollop of yogurt.

But I did get on the elliptical.  549 calories in slightly more than 31 minutes while I tried to learn the Chinese song for Nanjing.
